Itemize costs between material purchases and artisan labor before commencing work. Never alter agreed pricing midway through a job without documented resident consent.
Defect Remediation & Warranty
Take professional responsibility for your installations. If plumbing leaks or electrical faults emerge within a reasonable warranty window due to poor craftsmanship, promptly remedy the defect.
