We are committed to safeguarding personal information in strict compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA 2023) and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

3. Information We Collect & Why
- Artisan Listings: Business names, trade specialties, verified contact phone numbers, workshop locations, and CAC/NIN verification credentials.
- Reviews & Ratings: Customer feedback verified via 6-digit SMS OTP (dispatched via Termii) to eliminate fraudulent reviews.
- Payment Information: Subscription checkouts are processed directly by Paystack. MinnaPros does not store debit/credit card numbers.
4. Your Rights Under the NDPA 2023
You have the right to request access to your personal information, request corrections to your artisan listing, withdraw consent for non-essential cookies, or request deletion of your account.
